Scenes from Ostara

My coven rocks! And our rituals are rockin'! We started the year with an incredible Imbolc and moved right along to an oneiric Ostara.

In true spring in Miami fashion, it rained all afternoon and into the night. We had planned the ritual to be outside, but moved it all indoors and crammed everyone, about 25 of us, into the family room. It worked out beautifully though. We even did the egg hunt inside the house!

Bunisha was the center of the ritual. Here she is all decked out and looking happier than ever.

We kicked off the party socializing, munching, and coloring eggs. There were some talented egg-dyers. My eggs just looked like crayons threw up over them, but some people had goddess designs and pretty swirls. Very impressive.

I always love a row of chalices. It's great to see people's tastes and choices with this most personal ritual tool.
