Questions for Pagans Pt. 6

Finally

Are there any more worthwhile things I might need to know?

Paganism is elusive.

Read voraciously. Read good books. Don't just read books on Paganism, Wicca, and Witchcraft. Read about mysticism, shamanism, ritual, healing, folklore, mythology, history, science and cosmology, the body, gender and sexuality, nature and ecology, gardening, art, music, and good fiction.

Talk to Pagans, not just online, but out there, in real time. Go to festivals, meetups, public circles, classes, etc.

Rituals should be meaningful. You shouldn't feel like you are pointlessly going through the motions. Do something that moves you.

Learn to have a polytheistic attitude (even if you're not a polytheist). The Pagan community is diverse and we all have the right to exist. Allow for different perspectives and ways of expressing spirituality.

Thank you, Mahud, for posing such thoughtful questions.
